RSG Top Tip: Did you know that Linen bedding is perfect for all seasons? Linen is a natural material that is not woven as tightly as cotton. As such, there is room for greater air flow in the sheets which makes the material super breathable and light when things get hot and steamy! What’s more, because Linen has a hollow core it has greater insulation properties … ideal to keep you warm and cosy in winter (psst… spooning produces a similar result).
A brilliant colour to heat things up in the bedroom, we chose bright yellow bed linen because it’s the ultimate way to make a statement! A total showstopper this sassy colour looks gorgeous when contrasted against our dark grey linen bedding.
RSG Top Tip: Remember, if you opt for a striking colour such as acid yellow, keep the rest of the bedding in a neutral or dark tone such as the dark grey bedding. The Acid Yellow bed linen speaks for itself so too many other colours in the equation could be an overkill.
We love the sophisticated and muted tones of the sassy silver linen bedding. The light colours create a calming and relaxing bedtime environment… we just love the feeling of sinking into the super soft bedding on a summers eve to get some serious zzz.
RSG Top Tip: Caring for your bed linen will ensure it’s longevity so always opt for a colour safe detergent, never tumble dry and use starch to protect the bedding and to create that beautiful crisp feel!
We’re loving the beautiful soft pink colour which adds a lovely feminine touch to the bedroom. You can balance the pink with a masculine touch by mixing it up with grey cushions and throws… a romantic juxtaposition!

Kiss The Moon’s 5 Top Tips for a Great Night’s Sleep
1.KEEP THE SUNLIGHT OUT & CREATE A BREEZE
The cooler you can keep your bedroom through the day, the more pleasant it will be to sleep in at night. Keep your curtains shut or your blinds down after daybreak to stop sunlight streaming in and open the window. Alternatively, switch on a fan but to really feel the benefit you need to open the bedroom door so the air is drawn through the room. If needed, shift your bed so it’s in the cool airstream. You’ll be amazed at how much of a difference it makes. If all else fails, then soak a towel in cold water and put it in front of an open window – as the breeze hits it on the way in it will cool the air and reduce the temperature.

3.UNPLUG, SWITCH OFF
Everything electrical that’s switched on or plugged in gives off heat. Don’t leave things on standby or be tempted to charge your phone in your bedroom. Turn off all electrical devices to prevent them becoming extra heat sources.
A shower before bed is a perfect way to prepare your body for a great night’s sleep. Your body temperature rises temporarily and when you step out, it slowly falls. The body reads the fall in temperature as a sign that it’s time to go into sleep mode.
