December is here!

And what a year it has been! Rockett St George has had a hugely exciting year with numerous customer events, the launch of the VIP Club, a concession at Liberty, Lucy St George’s house featured in Living Etc and Jane’s House featured in You Magazine! With 2017 expected to be even more exciting than this year, we’re all really looking forward to putting our feet up and stuffing ourselves silly with leftovers, mince pies and wine! But, before the Christmas period hits we’ve picked our top events, places to go, eat and shop to help you celebrate the lead-up to Christmas.

Have a fabulous month and a very merry Christmas!

celebrate-bonfireHello wine lovers!

To keep you from going dry, we’ve teamed up with the fabulous Garmence Wine Studio; a father-daughter project created by a family of Bordeaux wine makers. Together, they bring you collections of the best wines from top vineyards in France, Spain and Italy that have been specially crafted for Garmence! We served up this delicious blush sparkling wine during our customer event at Liberty in November- it got lots of wonderful comments and we woke up hangover-free the next morning!

We recently went to a talk with the genius and revolutionary Dame Vivienne Westwood. The talk was geared at making us rethink our energy provider choices and understanding how our choices affect our carbon footprint. The UK is in such a privileged position to set a global trend and if we all, or even half of us, decided to switch to green energy, we would be setting a precedent that the whole world could potentially follow in the future.

This is where Ecotricity takes centre stage! Ecotricity is a green energy company that re-invests its profits into new sources of green energy, such as Wind Turbines! It’s a revolutionary idea, that could have a major impact on our climate. But what is perhaps the key selling point of Ecotricity is that it costs the same as your normal energy source – it really is a win-win!

To honour the amazing talk and influence of Dame Vivienne Westwood, we have decided to switch our energy provider to Ecotricity at RSG HQ. It’s really easy to do and Rockett St George has lowered its carbon footprint with one simple switch!
